Would recommend they use hear protectant when straightening hair or blowdrying to stop heat damage but otherwise always a good experience

Excellent service well worth every penny. I will be recommending your business to all of my family and friends. Especially thank you to the guy who straightened my hair. He was so patient and professional. Every staff member from the person at reception, girls washing my hair, girls blow drying and straightening was exxellent. What an awesome experience

Arrive at 255pm for 3pm Deluxe spa and was greeted with awkward looks and stares from the room. Finally a lady igreeted us at 305pm and told us to have a seat. At 310 lady came and gave us a quite overview of what we would expect then asked us to choose steam scents. At 315 we went up and NGL the head spa n massage for me was great and very relaxing. The girls however were quite chatty n giggly which without would have just been perfect. After the massage we returned downstairs to get hair dried. Definitely need upskilling in how to blow dry otherwise Hair Spa was 💣, will be back 😊

The experience was amazing, however, the guy drying my hair didn’t seem to care much about what he was doing, the hair dryer was so close to my scalp it felt like it was burning, kept blowing the dryer in my ears and face while looking out the window. Also the hair brush that was used on another client was used on me without being cleaned. Apart from that, the massage and hair treatments were fantastic.

Hair wash and style were great! I wish they had more powerful blow dryers, but apart from that, the hair wash and head massage were excellent—very relaxing. When you need to fix your hair after work before going out but don’t have time to go home, this is a perfect solution!

Was nice experience... relaxing. But I've had better hence not 5 stars. However, value for money excellent. The blow-dry & styling on my girlfriend's hair at the end was lovely. I don't have much hair so nothing to review there really. :-)

It was a great service but it was very noisy in the salon and I couldn't relax whilst having the lovely head treatment. People kept coming and going from the room I was in and there was constant chatter. Very nice staff and my 'blow dry' looked great in the end. Will definitely go back again.

All and all such an amazing experience. Everybody was so lovely and the treatments were beautiful. Would just love to see some heat protectant used on hair before blow drying and maybe a more advanced straightener used for styling. That be said, I’d still highly recommend!

Walking behind the curtain to the most comfortable and innovative shampoo basin I've seen was such a surprise but the incredible shampoo/treatment massage and blow dry truly made this an outstanding experience! Thank you!

The spa was great! I was well taken care of the whole time. The only thing that’s stopping me from giving a “great” review was that at the end, they didn’t really know how to deal with my curly hair after they blow dried it. I asked if I could just use some gel to do it myself but they just put a bunch of mousse in my hair with a bit of water and called it a day hahaha

Fantastic experience! Staff were efficient, kind and had great communication. I highly recommend the Deluxe Head Spa experience. I felt very relaxed after my treatment that included a facial, body massage with volcanic rocks, and a head massage which was out of this world. I had a blow out afterwards and my hair looked fabulous and it felt very soft and luxurious. Thank you iCandy team - you were all great!

I booked a “deluxe head spa” for $85 for 1.30 hr. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing my experience was. I walked out after feeling like a totally new person! The massage, facial and head spa service was so relaxing and rejuvenating and all the staff were so accomodating. The blowout and styling I received after my massage was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Overall the experience was such a treat and I recommend this place to everyone. You now have a new regular client who won’t go anywhere else but Icandy for all beauty and hair services. 100/10

Was nice and relaxing. Massage definitely could of been slower movements to make it more relaxing. Blow wave looks amazing but was very ruff and pulled my hair a lot. But overall really good experience. If I'm in Auckland again I will be back. Thank you 😊

Amazing head spa, the basin isn’t your typical salon basin it’s a massage bed with a head rest, this makes it super relaxing and comfortable. They really give a great head massage even when shampooing they scrub every part thoroughly. I really loved how when the treatment was on they steam your hair. All this accompanied by a hot stone hot towel combo a neck and shoulder massage. My favourite was the halo water rinse at the end. Very relaxing experience I almost feel asleep. After this I had a towel rap and waited a couple minutes for my blowout which was fantastic. They really did nail it

Very welcoming staff. Focus is more on head and hair wash more which was nice. Bonus is they style and blower wave/straighten your hair which is such a nice finishing touch 👌

Rita always does an amazing job with my hair! She is an extremely experienced hairdresser who listens to her clients and delivers every single time.
