This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. This was hands down one of the most painless waxes I’ve ever gotten! Her technique was incredible—she made the process as painless as waxing could possibly be. She was so kind, sweet, and meticulous, paying close attention to detail while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Everything about the experience was perfect. The space was welcoming, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding. On top of that, she was funny and had such a great personality, which made the appointment 10/10. 😄

It was my first time waxing ever. I was a little hesitant, based on what I heard about waxing, but my experience was not like the stories at all. I had an amazing experience at Zen Eden Lounge and Spa in Montego Bay! I had a deep pore facial and microdermabrasion with Pet, and she is absolutely fantastic. She has a great sense of humor, is super easy to talk to, and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. After my treatment, she even offered me a snack and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. My skin feels incredible, and this has officially become my go-to spot every 6 weeks! Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and top-quality spa services.
