Absolutely amazing experience. We are here on vacation from Houston, Texas. I’m extremely happy we googled a spa here in Montego Bay. This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

This was hands down one of the most painless waxes I’ve ever gotten! Her technique was incredible—she made the process as painless as waxing could possibly be. She was so kind, sweet, and meticulous, paying close attention to detail while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Everything about the experience was perfect. The space was welcoming, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding. On top of that, she was funny and had such a great personality, which made the appointment 10/10. 😄

It was my first time waxing ever. I was a little hesitant, based on what I heard about waxing, but my experience was not like the stories at all. I was met with a warm and friendly service, the space was welcoming and homie and she guided me every step of the way. I learned a lot and now i’m squeaky clean. This was a 10/10 experience for me.

I visited Valor Nail Lounge yesterday and I am beyond impressed! the atmosphere was warm and welcoming the staff is genuinely pleasant, which made the whole experience even better. I haven’t been fully pleased with my nails in years, but Valor Nail Lounge changed that for me. My nail tech was gentle, meticulous, and very attentive. She took her time, checked in with me throughout the process, and made sure I was comfortable sharing my preferences. That really stood out to me because it’s rare to find a tech who listens and cares that much. I am now officially a long term customer
