This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. This was hands down one of the most painless waxes I’ve ever gotten! Her technique was incredible—she made the process as painless as waxing could possibly be. She was so kind, sweet, and meticulous, paying close attention to detail while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Everything about the experience was perfect. The space was welcoming, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding. On top of that, she was funny and had such a great personality, which made the appointment 10/10. 😄

This was my first time at Trudy and I must say I am overly pleased with my experience. Our experience was awesome, the driver picked us up at our Airbnb and brought us to the spa. Our first treatment was the sugar scrub, which was great, 10/10. We then did the full body massage, facial and pedicure. The staff was very professional and friendly. We didn't have any issues with our entire experience. We will be visiting again more regularly.

It was my first time waxing ever. I was a little hesitant, based on what I heard about waxing, but my experience was not like the stories at all.
