My facial included extractions and Triselle was thorough but very gentle which made for a relaxing experience with minimal discomfort. It was my first time getting a wax and facial, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and explained everything along the way. The space is super clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing… you can tell a lot of care goes into the setup and atmosphere. I had a good experience at Eden Lounge and Spa. The staff is very friendly. I forgot that I was there for a facial because I was so deep in conversation. Thanks for the experience, I could feel the difference in my face, it felt very soft and clean.

My experience was great! The ladies were very hospitable from start to finish. The facial was very relaxing, a bit uncomfortable for some of the procedures however Patrice was reassuring. The scents of the products really soothing and relaxing for someone who loves beautiful scents...it was just all in all relaxing I wasn't disappointed at all. I would recommend 👌

It was a great experience. The only thing I would change is giving instructions on how to care for your face after the facial is done. A pamphlet could be made to be issued to clients on this. Things like how often should a facial be done could be included. Thanks for the experience.

Dr. Dian was an absolute gem she was super gentle, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. My on-point massage with Ramarjo was absolutely wonderful. I’ve had many massages in Australia, but it’s rare to find someone who offers such a complete, attentive, head-to-toe treatment.
