She is a true professional - explaining the process as she works. She is very knowledgeable, articulate and I can tell that she loves what she does. My experience was great! The ladies were very hospitable from start to finish. The facial was very relaxing, a bit uncomfortable for some of the procedures however Patrice was reassuring. The scents of the products really soothing and relaxing for someone who loves beautiful scents...it was just all in all relaxing I wasn't disappointed at all. I would recommend 👌

It was a great experience. The only thing I would change is giving instructions on how to care for your face after the facial is done. A pamphlet could be made to be issued to clients on this. Things like how often should a facial be done could be included. Thanks for the experience.
