This was the best massage I have received in London. Kayla was exceptionally amazing and is an excellent masseuse. Eventhough we got the deal on Wowcher, the massage and customer service received was as if we were customers paying full price and therefore, incredibly. We strongly recommend The Dolls. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Kayla and the rest of the team. ( there was another lady there whose name, unfortunately I cannot remember and she was a phenomenal host too. Can't praise this place enough!

I can confidently say that after my first appointment I had found my new regular spot. Samia is so welcoming and does an amazing job every single time. She especially made sure to walk me through the waxing process given that I was still a new be he made me feel comfortable right away and she also always makes sure you’re happy with the results before you leave. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.
