All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Fabulous had such a fabulous experience the foot scrub from emma was such a treat will defo be booking regularly and the waxing was so gental by Colette and loved the eyebrow threading so much more gental than waxing you now have a regular

I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. The best place for waxing

A beautiful looking spa with a calm aura. Yvonne my beautician was lovely. The waxing was gentle and the most painfree i've had ...possibly ever. I will be back to see Yvonne again soon i'm sure.
