All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. More than this, Micky is wonderful and keeps the atmosphere so refreshing and happy. She is very keen and excellent with her work. I give her 100 stars if I can and much recommend

I have been going to Fatima’s for a good number of years now and she never disappoints. My hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave her salon. Just started to get into waxing and I was a bit nervous about the pain, however Kelsey made the experience pain free. Amazing service and I’ll 100% be coming back.

A beautiful looking spa with a calm aura. Yvonne my beautician was lovely. The waxing was gentle and the most painfree i've had ...possibly ever. I will be back to see Yvonne again soon i'm sure.
