I had the pleasure of being a model for Ruby today for a Brazilian wax, underarm wax, and brow wax and tint. She was so lovely and professional throughout, and I felt completely comfortable in her hands. ❤️ She was really thorough and took her time, and I’m so happy with the results. We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.
