You can tell when someone truly takes pride in their work. The atmosphere in the salon was warm and cozy, and all the staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming. I had balayage by Cleo back in May 25 and went to get a freshen up cut and blow dry - it looks as good as new with no additional colour!
