I had my very first ultimate glow and sculpt facial which also included a Buccal massage with Runa today. It was one of the most relaxing facials I have ever had and I was gutted when it was over. Runa explained the step by step process she would take before she began and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be going back again and recommending this treatment to others.

Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment. Will definitely be booking again.

Great first experience. The space is clean and peaceful, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional and relaxing throughout. Nina was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job. The staff at Roukh were extremely accommodating and welcoming which elevated the overall experience.

I had an amazing experience at Roukh Thai Wellness in Prestwich. Nora is highly skilled and very professional. She gave one of the best deep tissue and hot stone massages I’ve had in Manchester. Her technique and understanding of muscle tension and pressure points were excellent. The deep tissue, hot stones, and stretching helped release tightness in my back and shoulders. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend Nora.

Love visiting Amy as always.. today I had the perfect holiday prep combination. Body soufflé which includes a full body scrub followed by a relaxing massage. Then a microdermaplane facial, super relaxing again and no peach fuzz! My skin feels amazing ready for the perfect tan 😁

I tried the contouring massage with a bit of buccal and really enjoyed it. I tried buccal for the first time and it was a great experience as I felt so relaxed after it! I would highly recommend Runa and also to give the contouring or buccal massage a go. Skin feels great!

Thank you Runa for the most relaxing full body massage and buccal facial. I'm so glad I finally booked in to treat myself. Runa was great she explained everything to me and made me feel calm relaxed throughout the treatment. Great experience by a very talented therapist ✨️

First visit to find a clean, warm and welcoming space. Very relaxing treatment room. I booked in for an hour of deep tissue massage and received a wonderful combination of Thai, Balinese, deep tissue and hot stones from Rosie who adapted the technique dependent on what my body needed in different areas. She also used a warm Thai balm which felt sumptuous. It’s the most relaxed and tension free I have felt in months. Finished off with a foot spa and a cup of tea. Wonderful. I will be back, thank you.
