I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

Absolutely amazing Service and absolutely shocked on how beautiful my brows look .

I feel like I have had a proper pamper session. Whilst having a pedicure I sat in a chair that massages your back. I dozed off as was so relaxed having lvl and brow lamination. Value for money and really happy with the treatments done by abbie.

Excellent session with Gareth, problem with my hip was diagnosed then had a good massage session stretching the muscle in question. Detailed follow up exercises emailed to me after the session.

Visited Lauren for a Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage which may help with Long Covid fatigue. Lauren is friendly and professional and really knows her stuff. With so much misinformation out there, Laurens's approach is based on science and study, which I greatly value. Highly recommend Lauren for anyone exploring the potential benefits of Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
