I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Words can never begin to express how I feel,going to Glamour Heaven was not easy as I was really not feeling good But the service I got there just from the doorstep to the whole session was amazing, Shaz has been warmly welcoming and assuring throughout the process and explaining what she is doing as it was my first time visiting and also doing hajima,I arrived with a head,excruciating back pain and feeling bloated will rate 8/10 But after my session I was so relieved with zero pain,the massage was on point, finishing with a nice cup of hot honey water👌 Thank you so much Shaz😘 you're thebest

The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. The heat from the stones was so soothing, and the snuggly blanket made it even more relaxing—it felt like pure bliss, exactly what I needed. Thank you ❤️

Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Vicky was welcoming and friendly. I have had a bad back and shoulders and the massage was wonderful and worked out a lot of the trouble areas. I will be back to work on the rest.

Just had my second back, neck and shoulder massage to help my deeply knotted shoulder which was amazing and relaxing, a great help. It feels so much better. I will be returning for another massage soon.
