Lovely 45mins back, neck and shoulder massage. Been increasing my pressure levels gradually and really enjoying the feeling of deep tissue massage. Sometimes tho, 45mins just goes waaaay to quick 🤣

Love coming here for a massage. Your made to feel welcome from as soon as the front door opens. Tried hot stone, full body and back neck and shoulders. All feel incredible in a lovely relaxing room.

Some would say I am a bit of a regular now at Peacehaven with Lou. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Wonderful massage every single time. Relaxing and calming treatment room. Lou really takes her time and the whole experience from start to finish is truly wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Gaia Wellness Holistic Therapies for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed and like all my tension and stress has gone. Vicky listened to my concerns, focused on my shoulders, as I hold alot of tension there, loved hearing my knots pop, so satisfying! Will definitely be returning.
