As always, Lou has done a great job of my massage. She’s so good at tailoring it to my needs every time and is so flexible with bringing my appointments forward if I’m in a lot of pain and she has spaces. It’s always so much appreciated.

Made to feel very welcome and at ease. I then had back, shoulder and neck massage which was fantastic just the right amount of pressure, I had this combined with a facial and Indian head massage OMG this was so relaxing the whole experience was amazing. This was the best massage I have ever had.Thank you so much x

Absolutely amazing experience! As someone that has struggled with lower back pain, and joint stiffness- I have tried many different massage therapies. This is the one 10/10! I have had 2 sessions so far and already I have noticed a huge improvement in my pain and joint stiffness and I have been sleeping much better as well!
