I had my second mini pumpkin facial with Louise and lovely back, neck and shoulder massage. Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Louise is so attentive and makes you feel so relaxed. Her knowledge and professionalism is second to none . Looking forward to my next appointment

I was really nervous ahead of my appointment as I have never visited before but I shouldn’t have worried. I have never felt so relaxed and at ease the second I walked through the door. I was shown so much attention and care and that’s before my appointment! I walked away feeling like a new woman. Amazing as ever! I have seen Louise a few times now for an array of stunning treatments. As she is so incredible I decided to spent the morning of my birthday with her being thoroughly pampered with a facial and my favourite, an Indian head massage. Felt very welcome and had everything explained to me. I will be having my eye lashes done tomorrow and looking really forward to seeing the final result. Lovely relaxing room, felt very relaxed while having my patch test done for lashes and brows. Emma seems a very confident person and I felt safe in carrying on with the treatment which will be tomorrow this was my first visit and would recommend 😁
