Extremely welcoming, unbeatable approach to my issues, one short session helped more than years of physio and massage therapy elsewhere. The cause was treated rather than just fettering pain all while the whole experience being enjoyable. Very gentle approach. Will be revisiting frequently! Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing massage with Tara - talked me through the issues I had and made me feel at ease straight away. Plenty of laughter and the best sports massage I have had. Will definitely be going back when I need to; no hard sales push from Tara who told me to listen to my body and I will know when I need to see her again.
