I'd never had a massage before friday and decided to go Ruby following excellent reviews. I've struggled to relax for a long time but as soon as I stepped into Ruby's refuge, I felt instantly at ease. Ruby is really knowledgeable about true wellness and relaxation, took her time getting to know me and what I wanted out of the session and made suggestions including using sound which I'll be honest I was unsure of when first suggested - the massage and sound was amazing. I left feeling so relaxed and bright but calm and that has stayed with me for days! Ill be going back as soon as I can!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had Sophie's bespoke head spa treatment, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every part of the experience was so relaxing, and Sophie knew exactly what I needed. She tailored the treatment perfectly and definitely didn't disappoint. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep, which says it all! Sophie really is the queen of head spas. Her attention to detail, care, and passion for what she does really shine through. I left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to book my next appointment. Excellent - very welcoming and the traditional Thai massage is certainly an experience. Lots of focus on a painful shoulder too which I can honestly has seen some serious relief today. 5/5 cheers ladies
