I'd never had a massage before friday and decided to go Ruby following excellent reviews. I've struggled to relax for a long time but as soon as I stepped into Ruby's refuge, I felt instantly at ease. Ruby is really knowledgeable about true wellness and relaxation, took her time getting to know me and what I wanted out of the session and made suggestions including using sound which I'll be honest I was unsure of when first suggested - the massage and sound was amazing. I left feeling so relaxed and bright but calm and that has stayed with me for days! Ill be going back as soon as I can!

I had an excellent experience with Sakhon, She is extremely professional and clearly very skilled in traditional Thai massage techniques. From start to finish, she knew exactly what she was doing and applied the right pressure with confidence and care. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better overall. First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

Elena was so lovely I had a pedicure got a coffee on arrival and a lovely treatment as I don’t live in Plymouth I didn’t know where to go and I’m so glad I went to Muse, will be coming again when we come back to visit.

I've been having massages for c. 25 years, Swedish or sports. Emma's style was ultra-relaxing for 90 minutes, very slow strokes indeed, but a nice pressure too. The massage table was also comfortable, and a nice ambience in the room, despite it being 30 degrees. I will be back.

I had an excellent massage today that really helped relieve the tension & pain in my shoulders. Sara was attentive and clearly experienced. During the massage, she focused on the tight areas around my shoulders and upper back, gradually working out the knots without making it uncomfortable. I could feel the tension easing with each movement, and by the end of the session, my shoulders felt significantly lighter and more relaxed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or stress. It was both relaxing and genuinely therapeutic. Thank you Siam Spa. xx
