I'd never had a massage before friday and decided to go Ruby following excellent reviews. I've struggled to relax for a long time but as soon as I stepped into Ruby's refuge, I felt instantly at ease. Ruby is really knowledgeable about true wellness and relaxation, took her time getting to know me and what I wanted out of the session and made suggestions including using sound which I'll be honest I was unsure of when first suggested - the massage and sound was amazing. I left feeling so relaxed and bright but calm and that has stayed with me for days! Ill be going back as soon as I can!

I had a lifting and circulation facial today, and I’m genuinely amazed at how much better my skin looks. My face feels lighter, firmer, and so much more awake. The massage techniques were incredibly relaxing, and I left with a natural glow I wasn’t expecting. Such a beautiful treatment — I’d definitely have it again.

I had an excellent experience with Sakhon, She is extremely professional and clearly very skilled in traditional Thai massage techniques. From start to finish, she knew exactly what she was doing and applied the right pressure with confidence and care. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better overall. Highly recommend Sakhon to anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality Thai massage.

Had Jess for a 30 minute relax massage! I honestly felt amazing after, felt it was an hour massage!

Elena was so lovely I had a pedicure got a coffee on arrival and a lovely treatment as I don’t live in Plymouth I didn’t know where to go and I’m so glad I went to Muse, will be coming again when we come back to visit.

First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

I had an excellent massage today that really helped relieve the tension & pain in my shoulders. Sara was attentive and clearly experienced. During the massage, she focused on the tight areas around my shoulders and upper back, gradually working out the knots without making it uncomfortable. I could feel the tension easing with each movement, and by the end of the session, my shoulders felt significantly lighter and more relaxed. Rejuvenated skin facial today with Michelle so pleased with my skin results following my treatment today my skin was glowing/refreshed treatment by Michelle received within her new salon location at Hyde Park Plymouth lovely decor which has peaceful energy vibe I personally found the environment very relaxing. I highly advise a visit if you want to unwind.
