The whole experience was incredible — so calming, and my hair feels unbelievably soft afterwards. The shoulder massage was a lovely extra touch too. Kerri made the treatment feel really special from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it!

First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

I had an excellent massage today that really helped relieve the tension & pain in my shoulders. Sara was attentive and clearly experienced. During the massage, she focused on the tight areas around my shoulders and upper back, gradually working out the knots without making it uncomfortable. I could feel the tension easing with each movement, and by the end of the session, my shoulders felt significantly lighter and more relaxed. The Japanese Head Spa & Facial Ritual was honestly amazing. Sophie was so calm and gentle, and her techniques were spot on. Every movement felt slow and soothing, and the scalp massage completely melted away tension. The warm water and facial massage were incredibly relaxing and my skin felt fresh and glowing after.
