Best spot in town, I have had a full round of lymphatic drainage massage and on my second round. When I started in the new year 3 weeks post tummy tuck I was swollen, had loads of hardness under my skin and I was so irregular. After only a handful of massages I started to look and feel amazing. Can’t fault Paula and she’s been a wealth of information as well.

Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

So pleased that Grace is available again in Leeds! She’s got an amazing ability to diagnose issues clearly and accurately, as well as provide easy exercise to improve problem areas. Her massages are also second to none for lasting repair and realignment. Had a facial today. It was so relaxing and welcomed with this hot weather. Lauren was amazing as always, I really look forward to my facials. My skin feels awesome. I’m back at Little Spa tomorrow for my nail appointment. I usually have Acrylic but I’m to try the new builder gel instead. I would definitely not go anywhere else for these treatments. Great atmosphere, attentive and professional staff that make you feel special.
