I met Anna three weeks ago for my first Birth Chart and a Reiki session. A week after, I joined the Cosmic Clarity Mentorship plan, and it is a wonderful experience. Her place is cozy, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Anna is incredibly kind and creates a supportive, uplifting atmosphere. I couldn’t make it to her place for our monthly coaching session, so we did it online. Even then, Anna made me feel comfortable, positive, and supported.

Great experience today at Optimal Recovery! I feel much more confident that I’ll make it to the Leeds Half Marathon despite a few recent niggles. Highly recommend paying a visit if you need help understanding how to treat an injury in preparation for an upcoming sports event!

I have been seeing Chloe for maintenance deep tissue back massages for a few months now and she has done more to improve my issues from my car getting written off in 2023 than anyone else. I plan to keep seeing her for regular maintenance as my back is prone to flares.

This was my third Ayurvedic massage in as many weeks - the first was amazing on its own, but I can really feel the benefit of having a few close together. I feel so relaxed when I leave and Faye is always so lovely and makes you feel at ease and super comfortable. My absolute favourite treatment. Thanks Faye xx
