Reiki with Anna is a very calming and healing experience. Anna has created a safe, peaceful space in a tranquil and inviting garden room. I left the session feeling lighter, more balanced, and very relaxed. I highly recommend Anna to anyone seeking emotional or energetic healing.

I have been seeing Chloe for maintenance deep tissue back massages for a few months now and she has done more to improve my issues from my car getting written off in 2023 than anyone else. I plan to keep seeing her for regular maintenance as my back is prone to flares.

The hands-on treatment, including a targeted massage, provided immense relief from the pain. The physiotherapist took the time to clearly explain the condition and the rationale behind the treatment plan. I received a clear, tailored set of exercises and further advice to manage recovery at home. There is a sense of optimism about recovery, highly recommended.

It was my first time and I was made to feel completely at home. I was put at ease and given lots of information about stretching in my own time and what can cause my symptoms. This was my third Ayurvedic massage in as many weeks - the first was amazing on its own, but I can really feel the benefit of having a few close together.
