Cannot recommend Jo and the mama to be ritual enough. Jo was great when I had questions before the treatment, and took time at the start of the session to explain what she was going to do and what products she was going to use. The facial was amazing and the smells were fantastic! The top to toe massage was brilliant, the whole ritual was otherworldly! Cannot wait to return postpartum for some pampering - thank you Jo!

Jo is amazing at what she does, I came out of there feeling like a different person. Jo is also one of the nicest people I've ever met, her kindness and how much she really wants to help you is 100%. I will never go to anyone else now. I've been in so much pain the last 6 weeks after surgery and she helped so so much, her attention to detail is huge, the room, the ambience, the music, the heated sheets, the beautiful aromatherapy oils that she uses just add to the experience and I have never once felt like she's in a rush. Jo actually cares and the massage and facial were out of this world.

From the moment I arrived, the Jo was lovely and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen during the session, which I really appreciated. The space itself was very relaxing - the perfect atmosphere to unwind. What truly stood out were all the extra touches she incorporated throughout the massage that enhanced the relaxation experience. She found all the spots that were causing me pain. By the end of the session, I felt significant relief from the discomfort I'd been experiencing.

Such a warm, relaxing treatment room. Well presented, clean, calming from the minute you walk through the door. Anne is such a lovely person, who makes you feel comfortable throughout. I had the aromatherapy massage and Anne mixed a lovely combination of oils that smelt beautiful. Anne really knows how to make you feel as relaxed as you can be, she works on the areas that is needed the most, leaving you ache & pain eased. I will definitely be returning regularly. The new Japanese head spa utilised several techniques which kept me guessing as to what was coming next in the process. From the hot water to the manipulation of massages to the stones and finally to the cold metal massaging implements, the experience was completely different which made the experience and the resultant sensation extremely transformative. It was extremely satisfying and was it not for communication I would have easily fallen asleep it was that relaxing , I suppose the best way to describe this spa was it was mindfulness on speed !!! I strongly recommend you try this.

Wow just wow if you love a facial and head massage then the water drop/Japanese head spa is just the treatment, by far the best treatment I've had
