This was my third Ayurvedic massage in as many weeks - the first was amazing on its own, but I can really feel the benefit of having a few close together. I had a great session with Rachel.. She was relaxed and chatty and that helped me to relax too. She trimmed my toenails and eased back one that tended to be ingrowing. She removed all hard skin and finished with a refreshing moisturiser and massage. Bliss!
