Amazing experience! I booked a Mini Spa and a Full Body Lymphatic Drainage Massage, the perfect combination ✨ Hannah is so lovely, welcoming, and professional. I left feeling totally relaxed, de-puffed, and glowing for my holiday. Both treatments were so lovely & relaxing and finished with a gorgeous blow dry. Hannah is just beautiful inside and out. Can’t wait for my next one already 💖

I was apprehensive at first. I booked sleep deprived at 2am at a really good price, I’ve been in so much discomfort with my back for far too long. The space was very clean and professional, the welcome was warm and I felt very safe to relax. I booked the deep tissue back massage and although uncomfortable at times, (the nature of what I asked for) he has worked an absolute miracle! I don’t get massages often, however I will be booking again to try get in once a month as a treat. I rang 3 people on the way home to express how brilliant it was! Thank you so much for today and see you again! X

One of the most refreshing and relaxing experiences, even from waking into the salon everyone is very welcoming and friendly and puts you at ease from the get go. It was my first time using Absolute Thai and I highly recommend. Went in for neck, back and shoulders but you also get the whole experience. She works all over your body before starting on the specific areas. The stretching throughout the massage is amazing, I walked out feeling relaxed and I swear taller. The pressure was amazing, and she asked if it was ok and would adjust if needed. Honestly five stars all round. I will be back.

I've had several massages from Stacey, but today I chose a double treatment. I booked a maintenance massage and an Indian head massage. The maintenance massage was just what I needed to relax and helped me get rid of my aches and pains, especially across my back and shoulders. I felt amazing afterwards. The Indian head massage was great and I could believe just how much tension I held in my scalp, I also really enjoyed the face massage. I can't wait to book my next session. Thank you!

I had a full body lymphatic drainage massage and facial with Rachel; I would highly recommend. Rachel is very knowledgeable, lovely and instantly puts you at ease. The room itself is very relaxing and peaceful, love the decor and everything in it. I was completely relaxed and comfortable the whole time I was there. I haven’t felt that relaxed and calm in a very long time!

I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, but my 2-hour full body deep tissue massage with Em was absolutely incredible. The business itself is so lovely, and I felt at ease the moment I stepped through the door. Em took the time to ask about my aches and pains and really listened. Throughout the session, she worked deeply and with so much care on the problem areas, and I could actually feel the knots melting away. By the end, I felt like I was 10 years younger—lighter, looser, and completely renewed. Em puts in real effort and skill, and it shows. I will definitely be back again!

I always have such a relaxing experience here. He is incredibly attentive, making sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I especially appreciate how he focuses on my problem areas—he’s been great at helping to relieve tension in my hips, which I’ve struggled with for a while. I've been going to Shim for years for a number of treatments, she is always so professional and friendly. I have a massage every month which are absolutely amazing I feel so relaxed and pampered afterwards, so much so that my husband is now having back massages too, I would recommend her to anyone.

Amazing as always. I booked for me and my 10 year old son who keeps asking for a massage. Not only did we both love it, but Stacey was able to help my son work on his breathing and relaxing his anxiety. After being bullied for a few weeks this really helped both of us. Thanks for helping us bond and relax!

Beth is absolutely magical at what she does. She is so professional, she really made me feel looked after. And the space she has is so beautiful and relaxing I went to have my lashes and brows done and I am really impressed with the results. I’ve already booked in for a facial and massage. This is definitely my new favourite place. Just wow!

Had once again the most amazing massage today at Noubalm. I can’t recommend this place enough x From the moment you walk in Vicki is there on reception with the loveliest smile and greeting to the expert staff who make you feel so relaxed and at ease . Had a fab massage today with Lynne . I just love this place and can’t wait to come back . It’s the added extras after your treatment too love the herbal teas . Amazing experience, so relaxing. I had the sacred glow massage with extended reiki, my skin is so soft from the exfoliation and the massage got rid of all my muscle tension leaving me feeling serene and at peace which was perfect alongside the reiki. Beth was incredible and I can’t wait to revisit her beautiful space. Highly recommend. X

From the moment I arrived at The Peace Retreat, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for by Stacey. The beautiful room and atmosphere made me feel instantly relaxed and calm and excited for my treatments. My massage felt incredible , relieving so much tension in my shoulders and neck but yet still so so relaxing. I then had a facial which left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and glowing. That again was so relaxing. Such a relaxing and wonderful two hour experience I did not want to end. It felt like bliss! I left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Beth is honestly incredible. I had a facial for an hour and a half and from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed. She is such a lovely person and has such a calming presence, you instantly feel at ease with her. I’ve probably had over 100 facials and massages and I can genuinely say Beth is the best I’ve ever been to. Her treatments are on another level. My skin is glowing afterwards and the whole experience is pure relaxation. I genuinely look forward to my monthly facials now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend Beth to anyone wanting the best treatment!

Tonight my self and my 2 daughters ages 8 and 10 had a pamper night with Stacey we all had massages and the kids had head and face on top, we had the most beautiful evening Stacey also done a light meditation with my kids and made them so comfortable in everyway possible my 8 year old has autism and this really relaxed her, she got straight into her PJ's and is relaxing in bed so calmly. Thankyou so much Stacey your the best.
