This was my first experience of a deep tissue shoulder & neck massage. Lydia talked me through what l would experience & how it might feel. Afterwards she gave me exercises to keep my shoulders stretched & relaxed, and the advice to 'drink plenty of water', (always my big failing) to rehydrate my muscles. She also talked through how to recognize when l might need to go back, no hard sell. I was very impressed, lovely young lady, well deserved a 5* rating. Thank you

Lydia is absolutely amazing. This is only my 2nd sports massage and red light but the difference is incredible. I walked in a month ago with the muscles in my back so tight and unable to exercise. Now I’m back at class and feel straighter, no pain and that tightness has gone. I will definitely continue with both as I do not want to end up back where I was.

I liked how she explained things to me at the start and there was an opportunity to explain my symptoms etc. I had a really good experience. I have very tight shoulders with a lot of knots so it's too early to say whether it's been effective, but ill definitely be back in a few weeks. Thank you :)
