I honestly can’t recommend Meg enough! 🤍 From start to finish, she was so lovely, welcoming and professional, making me feel completely comfortable. The lymphatic drainage treatment was amazing — I felt so much lighter and less bloated afterwards, and could genuinely feel the difference! It was also incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Lydia is absolutely amazing. This is only my 2nd sports massage and red light but the difference is incredible. I walked in a month ago with the muscles in my back so tight and unable to exercise. Now I’m back at class and feel straighter, no pain and that tightness has gone. I will definitely continue with both as I do not want to end up back where I was.

I can highly recommend Meg. I didn’t book correctly and she ensured she could fit me in before I returned home to London. I had varicose vein surgery on my legs 6 months ago and been suffering from swelling and numbness. Meg was so empathetic and reassuring. It helps that she’s just genuinely lovely and wants to help her patients. I feel like my circulation has been kick started and will definitely be back when I can. Thank you Meg. You’ve given me hope my legs will start to heal and with regular treatment the swelling will improve.
