Absolutely fantastic, she is a magician when it comes to muscle pain, and unlike most places she focuses on the pain rather than just giving a general massage. I’ve been about 5 times in the last 4 weeks for leg, elbow and now back pain.

I had a truly wonderful massage with Meesha at Mind Body Wellness. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and made sure to ask for my consent before working on any sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. Mesh’s professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I even asked her about other treatments available, and she took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. I booked another appointment.

Anna was so professional and friendly, I had a back massage (which was perfect pressure), facial with extraction and foot massage, I added a dermaplane onto the package - the whole thing was amazing, I feel so chilled and relaxed just what I needed. I will be again soon, such a beautiful place, so welcoming and warm.

Fantastic Swedish massage with Aaron! I feel rejuvenated after my half marathon yesterday. The pressure of the massage was perfect all the way through the treatment and it’s loosened up my whole body. Cannot recommend enough! Will be booking in again, Thanks mate 🙌🏼

Excellent from start to finish. My visit began with a short consultation which was very informative as well as helpful in addressing my needs/any specific areas of tension etc. The massage itself was perfect. I was relaxed throughout but also a good amount of pressure was applied so I left feeling much better. I’ll be back at some point for another appointment and recommend booking to anyone needing a quality, tailored and professional massage.

Hannah is a beautiful soul, she’s very welcoming and friendly - I had the lymphatic massage and struggle to relax when having any type of massage but I can honestly say Hannah made me relax instantly. The massage was amazing and I feel so much lighter, I’ve booked immediately for 4 weeks time to continue with this type of massage as I feel as a mature lady this will deeply benefit my health & wellbeing …..thank you Hannah 🙂

A very clean and welcoming environment, the pre massage questionnaire was discussed prior and did not come out of the massage time. Very informative and made me feel comfortable instantly. It really was a tailored experience to my needs and focus points. Perfect pressure and I was provided with good tips about looking after your body pre and post massage. Brilliant service all around, would HIGHLY recommend. Looking forward to booking again!

Power 360 is amazing! Byron is a legend. Ive been training this year to go on a 100k hike in Scotland - Loved every minute but the steep downs really took its toll on my right knee... Word’s can’t describe how brilliant Yasien is. Analyses your body and focuses on what needs to be worked on and healed. I get the deep tissue massage and it has left me feeling 10/10 every time. Not only do you get great service, massages etc but you leave with knowledge on how to treat your body and how to look after yourself. Amazing experience as always!
