I was apprehensive at first. I booked sleep deprived at 2am at a really good price, I’ve been in so much discomfort with my back for far too long. The space was very clean and professional, the welcome was warm and I felt very safe to relax. I booked the deep tissue back massage and although uncomfortable at times, (the nature of what I asked for) he has worked an absolute miracle! I don’t get massages often, however I will be booking again to try get in once a month as a treat. I rang 3 people on the way home to express how brilliant it was! Thank you so much for today and see you again! X

Anna was so professional and friendly, I had a back massage (which was perfect pressure), facial with extraction and foot massage, I added a dermaplane onto the package - the whole thing was amazing, I feel so chilled and relaxed just what I needed. I will be again soon, such a beautiful place, so welcoming and warm.

I have had so many massages around the Wirral due to always struggling with constant pain and poor posture, and trying to find the right person is difficult. Serhii is the perfect person for getting rid of any tension or pain. He is INCREDIBLE!! Serhii is extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly has healing hands!! I feel like a new woman from just two sessions. Also it was cold outside, he even heated my shoes for me so they were warm on my feet when I left! LITERALLY THE BEST PERSON TO EVER GO TO FOR A MASSAGE ON THE WIRRAL!!!!!! Highly recommend!! 5 star service! Thank you again!

Had Winter special, back and head massage plus facial by the wonderful Amy. Hard to get myself up of the heated bed as so relaxed. Finished off with a lemon shot amd Women's Power tea. Fantastic ♥️💆‍♀️😌

I had a wonderful full body massage today with Serhii. He put me at ease immediately. The whole experience was so relaxing and I walked out feeling amazing.

Amazing facial and massage from Anna, she has such a calming presence and is brilliant at her job I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed this type of treatment is priceless, my only feedback would be to not have a ticking style clock in the room as it can distract you from the calming music - that is just my personal preference though, thank you so much

Just had a second treatment at Noubalm with the beautiful and talented Georgia. Georgia creates a lovely, relaxing environment to ensure I’m comfortable before both treatments began. Both of the treatments were incredible (back facial with add on massage and dermabrasion facial)! The treatment itself, the products and the aftercare were all amazing! Truly would recommend! Got a gift voucher for here for Christmas. Booked a Top to Toe massage and a deluxe pedicure. Georgia did both, and all's I can say is wow. The massage was amazing, and Georgia was so welcoming and the ambiance of the place makes you instantly relax once inside. I was given a shot of fresh pressed lemon juice, and a herbal tea afterwards. The tea was also amazing, (and I'm not usually a fan), so much so that I bought some to have at home. Will definitely be returning, and can recommend. You won't be disappointed! Thanks so much.

Such a wonderful experience. My therapist was friendly,attentive and knowledgeable. I had a relaxing, Swedish massage with medium pressure and it was, just like Baby Bear's Porridge, just right. Afterwards, I had a Noubalm Rest & Relax tea which was delicious and finished the session perfectly. Thank you.
