Rated 5 stars. Aaron demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, immediately creating a comfortable and safe atmosphere. After a brief consultation, he provided a massage that was both relaxing and attentive, maintaining an ideal level of pressure throughout. He regularly checked in to ensure all my needs were addressed. I booked a 90-minute session, which I highly recommend; given its excellent value. Overall, it was an blissful experience.

Absolutely fantastic, she is a magician when it comes to muscle pain, and unlike most places she focuses on the pain rather than just giving a general massage. I’ve been about 5 times in the last 4 weeks for leg, elbow and now back pain.

First time @Absolut and definitely not the last! Was hesitant as some Thai Massage is very rough, this wasn’t! This was very relaxing, the stretching bit was so so nice. I really really enjoyed it. Thank you very much

I had a truly wonderful massage with Meesha at Mind Body Wellness. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and made sure to ask for my consent before working on any sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. Mesh’s professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I even asked her about other treatments available, and she took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. Amazing experience! I booked a Mini Spa and a Full Body Lymphatic Drainage Massage, the perfect combination ✨ Hannah is so lovely, welcoming, and professional. Excellent massage and advice on how to exercise and move on with my injury

A really great massage. We worked on areas where I was experiencing discomfort and stiffness. Advise regarding stretches and exercises where offered, which I'll put into practice. Nice clean and tidy location and Rico was a kind masseuse. I look forward to going back again.

Mike is an experienced Sports Massage therapist and very knowledgeable. He provided excellent massage therapy and explained what he was doing and why throughout. He was professional and friendly and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic Swedish massage with Aaron! I feel rejuvenated after my half marathon yesterday. The pressure of the massage was perfect all the way through the treatment and it’s loosened up my whole body. Cannot recommend enough! Will be booking in again, Thanks mate 🙌🏼

Power 360 is amazing! Byron is a legend. Ive been training this year to go on a 100k hike in Scotland - Loved every minute but the steep downs really took its toll on my right knee... Byron has miraculously rehabilitated me with a mix of sports massage & exercises and BOOM, I'm back to brilliant. Cheers Byron - you are a legend.
