Tracey is so accommodating and professional. She asked me about any issues I had and really focused on those areas, checking I was happy with the pressure. I have to say it was the best massage I’ve ever had - suffering from long-term Watension and pain in my neck, shoulder and back, I walked out of there feeling amazing! I can’t recommend Tracey highly enough.

I had a sports massage, Kerry was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Ive had an ongoing issue with my shoulder which Kerry focused her time on, my shoulder feels the best it's felt in a very long time. The sport massage was great, Kerry is very knowledgeable and understands how work certain areas and I injures. Will be booking one again very soon. xx

What a lovely place of calm and tranquility. Brigida provides a wonderful sense of peace, she is such a caring lady. I had an Indian Head massage and it was incredible. The whole experience has been amazing. I would highly recommend a visit (or few) to The Little Wellbeing Room.
