Had a deep tissue massage today with Tracy. She really got deep in and under my shoulders and got the knots out. The massage pressure was really firm as requested and really helped release a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! Thank you, Tracy! 10/10.

I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back.
