Post AT Surgery week one later. Archillies tendon lengthening surgey one week ago , So left ankle surgery leaving my right calf and tendon massively overtight due to compensating for my left not functioning and being on two crutches, basically walking in big circles . Much needed relief needed here and very well recieved from the very talented Katie from The Bolton Clinic.

Day 5 Muscle strengthening and Deep Release Frozen Shoulder. So 3 weeks in and to date weve achieved 95 % of full range Of movement, What an unbelievable result compared to my 2 years under the consultant and physio Team at Buchshaw Village. Katie and the Guys have been outstanding in my recovery at the Bolton Clinc, now the future is a lot lot Brighter.

Second appointment. Last appointment got rid of 60% of the pain. This session was just as good, totally relaxing and I could feel it working and everything was loosening up. Emma truly understands what the problem is and knows how to fix it. I've come away feeling amazing and pain free! This was exactly what I needed. A gentler form of a sports massage but with all the luxuries and relaxation of a spa massage but with the added benefit of a trained physio. I have a shoulder injury and Emma could feel my issues and worked on them and loosened the muscles and relieved some tension whilst being mindful of the pain I'm in. By the time I left, the pain had eased and I could use my shoulder a lot more and felt so relaxed. Absolutely knows her stuff and I can't rate highly enough. I'll definitely be back. So, one visit today, no pain, no trauma, very relaxed and lots of release in my Frozen Shoulder. Katie achived amazing results in 50 mins. In nearly three years ive had 14 months of Private NHS A few sessions with the Muscle sculper and over the last 5 months,10 sesssions at a local Massage company. all of that had zero results or improvements. After another sllepless nigtht and out of desperation i arranged to try another massage practitioner. So at the start of the session i had maybe 35% range in my right side and 50 mins later I left with 90% of my range. #amazing Rehab@Katie SB

Maintenance massage today, Frozen shoulder well on its way to recover now after an excellent treatment schedule , suffered for 8 years , and now its almost there about 5% to go meaning I now have 95% range , a huge improvement from 60% 12 weeks ago.. Thanks Katie and the SB Team

Today were woking on my hamstrings, after being chairbound for 14 Months Katie is rehabilitating my hips and legs, so in this session I had my hamstrings released and loosened up, and we did work and started physio on building strength around my hips. What amazes me is in the past any massages have always hurt and been painful, not today lots of release and maybe a little discomfort, Katies knowledge of the body and application clearly reflects on SB practices and her high grades with her university Diploma. Such a good feeling after suffering for 20 years under the NHS. Tanking You.

I had a massage with Emma today for neck pain and some much-needed relaxation. Emma’s calm, caring manner instantly put me at ease, and every detail felt thoughtfully planned. I loved choosing the scent of my massage oil, and the foot soak and herbal tea were lovely touches that helped me unwind. The massage was wonderful—I left feeling deeply relaxed, with noticeably less tension in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend Emma and will definitely be returning.
