I tried something a bit different this time, Acupuncture! I'm not a fan of needles but I really wanted to give this a go. Most of them I could not feel going in. I did feel the occasional one that was going into a knot but it just felt like a little pinprick. Nothing to worry about. The result was amazing. I had the massage afterwards and I actually fell asleep. I have never felt that relaxed before to the point of sleeping. Sorry if I snored Emma!

Emma was absolutely excellent. She identified the source of my knee pain, gave me a clear and thorough explanation of the problem, recommended an exercise programme to strengthen the muscles and tendons, and then gave me treatment to help speed up the recovery, including acupuncture, infra red light, and massage to the affected areas. Tried the Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatment which was completely new to me. Emma explained the treatment before and during which was great to understand what it involved and the benefits. I’ve never had a massage before, I booked in with Georgia and explained it was my first time and I felt like I was in need of one due to my job (dog groomer) as it’s quite physical and requires a lot of standing. She recommended a deep tissue massage, I had it on my back and calves…WOW she is amazing and so professional at her job yet makes you feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
