All new injuries/ patients will require an initial consultation to identify your strengths and weaknesses, cause of injury and pain levels. From this, we will then be able to tailor a rehabilitation program to your every need and work closely with you towards the goal of becoming pain-free and stronger. During your one-to-one session, your therapist will assess your biomechanics, pain, and mobility. You will then receive a personalised rehabilitation program, emailed to you after your session, so that progress can be made across your lifestyle (at home, on the move, in the gym etc).

Follow up appointments are for those who are requiring further assessment and advice, regarding an injury that you have already seen one of our therapists about.

Our 1 to 1 rehabilitation sessions allow our therapists to take you through your personalised exercises program that works towards improving your weaknesses and easing your pain.
