As someone afraid of needles I feel a bit silly for panicking! What a quick and pain free process, the injection part was over in under 3 minutes! The vibrating tool definitely helped to disassociate from the sensation of the injection but you could BARELY feel them. The bonus treatment during the launch of the product was radio frequency. 100% pain free and felt more like a hot stone massage which was lovely! No swelling afterwards, no bruising around injection points either. I felt very tender for the two days following but on my third day I feel 90% back to normal! Thanks Abi x

I have had low B12 all my life (GP Confirmed), however since coming to Abi, my B12 levels have shot up in my test results. More importantly I always feel the benefit of the injections almost immediately. I know I’m due my B12 when I start sleeping in late, feeling lethargic and demotivated. Since having B12 2 weeks ago, I have naturally been waking up at 7am, feeling energised to do my morning walks and needing to drink little to no coffee. I could get B12 injections on the NHS but Abi is much more reliable than the NHS for appointments, being on time and having the product available 😅
