Managed to get in with Mark on the same day. This is my 3rd visit for different reasons. Always feel 110% better straight after coming out. Very knowledgeable and helps with areas and exercises to avoid whilst repairing . No massage can get to the depth and level needed as this does

Mark was very attentive and listened to what I was saying about my left shoulder/ arm before starting any treatment. Initially, I had limited movement with it, but once Mark had worked his magic, I was able to swing it in all directions and could put my arm up my back too! The pain was bearable this time and so far I haven't had much bruising or petique. Feeling good and hoping to be able to lift heavier weights at the gym. Very good experience and highly recommend.

Catherine was lovely and very welcoming. Treatments are carried out in a gorgeous cozy room, is hard not to drift off to sleep. Swedish massage was great, really got to all the muscle knots. I would highly recommend going to see Catherine.

First ever Reflexology treatment- was just beautiful. Catherine was so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming, and really cares about her clients leaving feeling balanced. Felt so good to give my feet some attention and appreciation, and left feeling utterly calm and relaxed. Will be making time for some self care again soon!

Cannot recommend Rose Holistics enough. This is not my first treatment with Catherine, but thus was the first time I've had a full body and facial lymphatic drainage. Omg, it was amazing. I literally felt like I was meditating, I could feel the bits of my body that had been aching relax. Loved the new way of being able to book online, and pay that way too, I got confirmation, a notification the day before and on the day so no excuse for me to forget an appointment.
