Really good massage and technique. The space is comfortable too as I was a bit apprehensive being within the gym but the space was set up very well. Will definitely return!

Training for more than 20yrs but I found Matt 1 year ago. Disappointed that I didn’t find Matt sooner as I wouldn’t have wasted so many years doing the wrong things! Not only changed my body composition but undid all my bad habits, corrected my form so I now train without getting injured and also hit the correct targeted muscle for the exercise being executed. An absolute investment worth spending on yourself. He’s a man mountain who knows his craft and practice what he preaches. Super friendly and very approachable.

Sophie was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and knew exactly what my body needed. She found all of my tight spots and trigger points and really helped relieve the tension. As a runner and someone training for HYROX, my body gets very tight, and I left feeling so much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sophie!

Lived it! Got so much out of it! I was telling a friend, I lived thwt I didnt have to write the intake form but Cam took great notes assessment and passed them on Nick and then we did the treatment. It glowed nicely! And then the fascia work really helped remove my hip and SIJ pain and now i have specific exercises to work with. Thank you!

Excellent the place is amazing. So good for recovery nice and close to home as well and have certainly got lots of different options from coal plunge traditional sauna infrared and compression votes. it’s got a great atmosphere friendly staff. Highly recommend it.

Had a great experience at Valhalla Fitness & Massage. She was very skilled and professional, with great conversation throughout the session. She did an awesome job loosening up my lower back, glutes and hamstrings, and I felt a lot better afterwards. Highly recommend!

I had such a lovely experience and would definitely recommend! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. She took the time to understand my needs, making the massage feel personalised. The cosy wood fire, heated massage table and calming scents created a relaxing atmosphere. The hot stone massage was amazing, easing my tight gym-weary muscles while still being deeply relaxing. I’ll definitely be booking another session!

​Had an incredible first experience at Breathe WRL! The 30-minute private sauna was exactly what I needed. They provide everything from towels and robes to a private shower after your session. Super friendly staff, easy booking process, and I left feeling totally recharged and relaxed. Well worth every cent—I'll definitely be incorporating this into my regular training! Thanks again legends!!!

Traditional sauna and ice bath were amazing! Great facilities, friendly service. Also tried the ornate books and they really helped with my muscle recovery. I will be back!

Highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and immediately knew I was in experienced, professional hands. Her knowledge of post-operative recovery and lymphatic drainage was outstanding, and she made the entire experience both reassuring and effective.

Great workout when personal training this morning with Joe. Joe is the owner of the gym and is very focussed on all of his clients when 'p/t'. My strength and muscle mass has improved over the years training with Joe and then undertaking personal training at Natural Strength. Strength training helps the mind and ensures happiness. I had the best experience here! I booked with Karina for a 1:1 gym session and the recovery sauna. She helped me so much with perfecting my techniques. Karina’s constant communication, positive vibes and supportive energy made me feel so comfortable and reassured in this space. The sauna was definitely a 10/10, I did the red light for 30 minutes and felt super refreshed and energised afterwards. Definitely coming back here! 🤍
