What an amazing new recovery facility! Exactly what’s needed for the body post-exercise, and the head to prepare for the day or to relieve the day that’s been. For me it has a much more chilled feel than high street type wellness centres The green nature decor and low lighting is very relaxing with loads of plants around the space to add to the feel and therapeutic effects. Contrast therapy temps are approx 95 degrees for the traditional sauna and the three cold baths range from 10ish degrees down to 5. Magnesium spas are also spot on. Highly recommend!

I started training with Gus weeks ago and I highly recommend him - my back pain is gone and my posture has improved dramatically! Of course my tummy and legs got more toned as well as a result. I'm finally loving going to "the gym". He's also extremely professional, yet friendly during sessions, i'm really happy I truly can't recommend him enough!

I loved my time spent at Bio haven. Staff where so kind and welcoming. Salon was beautiful, clean and had a relaxing feel to it. I used the recovery boots for 30min and enjoyed my 30min treatment in the HOCATT.

Officially hooked, love coming here! From helping with my RSI on my wrist and elbows to recovering from resistance training. The hyperbaric chamber and red light therapy thumbs👍. Prices are also insanely great!

Love having recovery on site at the gym. Means we can get in a huge sesh then head upstairs to chill out OR get a great sweat on in the sauna before going downstairs to throw some weight around. Just got home and already booking my next sesh!
