David is an amazing physio who is happy to accommodate all of our daughter's therapy needs from ligament retention therapy / massage, working on maintaining key competencies like transfers / range of movement, to hydro therapy. Very highly recommended.

The massage i recieved was the best I've had in a long time. The therapist knew what she was doing, the amount of pressure was perfect. I was suffering alot of stress prior to my massage and during the stress went away. Thanks heaps

I recently visited Breath WRL for a red-light therapy session followed by compression boot therapy and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The space was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and both treatments left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I always enjoy my treatment with Jamie! She puts me so at ease, like visiting a friend. Jamie is very experienced and so knows the different techniques of colonic therapy. I am so lucky to have such a lovely professional therapist.

Since my mother has started Bowen Therapy combined with the PEMF mat my mother’s condition after having a stroke has improved significantly. Her confidence, walking, Brain Fog has improved. Great experience! Duy is an excellent massage therapist. My 2nd visit with him and an arm problem I have had for yrs has deffinately improved. Will certainly keep going on a regular basis. Despite the "good pain" the whole experience is great. Relaxing, clean environment with staff that really know what theyre doing. Try them!

Miho is truly one of the best therapists in Sydney. She is professional, friendly, and always makes her clients feel comfortable and cared for. Her treatments are effective, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. She takes the time to understand what you need and provides excellent service every visit. Sophia at Sojo was calm, accomplished and prepared for my treatment. A lot of pre-work and understanding on my ailment was done, before I walked through the doors. This was my first spinal flow treatment and it will now be my 'go-to' above chiro, physio and massage. What a wonderful and deeply connected therapy. Highly recommend.

Wow, just wow. With Aya you’re getting a true 2-for-1: a massage therapist with the anatomical expertise of a physiotherapist. I had a few stubborn tight spots and barely needed to explain anything—once I mentioned the areas, she knew exactly where to go. Because of her physio background, she can feel even the smallest fibres and release them with precision. It’s such a relief to finally find a therapist who genuinely knows what they’re doing and gives 110% every time. Thank you Aya!

I recently had a cupping and deep tissue massage session, and it was fantastic! The therapist was able to pinpoint the tight areas and worked wonders to release the tension. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. I left feeling so much better and relaxed. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of quality therapy and excellent service.

Mr Koji is an excellent massage therapist. I appreciate the way that he explains what he is doing as he works his way through each muscle group, and why he is taking that approach. He personally tailors each session to the needs of the client and you feel the difference in between sessions. Remedial massage is an incredibly intense experience and I would strongly recommend Mr Koji to anyone who is interested in exploring this kind of therapy.
