Today I was booked in for a one hour massage with Sarah. I was quite sore before I went in and had lots of knots but now I feel so much better. She really works those knots and uses different amounts of pressure to make sure they are gone but without causing pain. Really impressed 5 stars from me

My back massage was just what I needed, my neck and shoulders are alway tight and the tension never seems to go away, after my treatment they already feel so much better, already booked in again and after Aimee’s advice of what needs to be done I’m excited for feeling great again.

Jordan was extremely knowledgable and made me feel completely at ease. He listened intently to understand my issue and was very professional throughout. It was the best sports massage I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend!

Came in saw. Heidi today explained what was wrong / issues she listened and came up with a plan to tackle them. She used a range of things to help from massage to dry needling to cupping all of which I have felt the benefits from and had the most amazing night sleep pain free
