I had my first, hopefully of many, Lymphatic Drain Massage with Pam today. I can’t tell you how great it was. She knew exactly where my problems and pain were without me telling her. She’s so knowledgeable about what she does and the relief I felt afterwards was unbelievable. I’ve booked straight in for another massage with her. What an amazing afternoon thank you so much Pam and Kathryn My massage with Pam was amazing she is a maestro finding knots and relieving them when I didn’t even know they were there but I feel an inch taller! Then I had a facial and chemical peel with Kathryn which was relaxing and my skin feels smoother and re-energised. I had the pleasure of experiencing a sports massage with Nicola for the first time today, as part of my Marathon preparation. From the initial booking, Nicola's communication was excellent, making sure I knew where to go and park up, to understanding my specific needs and any areas of tension. The environment was incredibly relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Nicola’s technique was spot-on, targeting all the right muscles and providing just the right amount of pressure. Overall, it was a very effective experience. Highly recommend!

Lauren is amazing! My Indian head massage was incredible (and Lauren tweaked it to what I needed!) followed by a dermaplaning facial! Amazing as always!

I had the pleasure of experiencing a most wonderful facial today. This was so relaxing and delivered in a calm wonderful atmosphere. The products used smelt divine. I can thoroughly recommend this. Not only did the facial include a full scalp massage I also had an arm and hand treatment. Such a wonderful pampering session and I was spoilt tremendously Can’t wait for my next treatment, which I’m going to try.

Whilst I’ve had sports massage in the past, it was my first time visiting SB massage. My appointment was with Katie who did a really great job. I’d had a sore shoulder from the gym which has been getting progressively worse, in addition I’ve been really tight from my full time desk job but, Katie worked wonders and I’ve come away feeling much better and having already booked my next appointment with her again!

Sammie is a wonderful therapist professional, warm and experienced can't recommend her highly enough. I've had facial and a massage felt amazing after each treatment. Booked again !

Highly Recommended I feel brand new and fully relaxed. Lauren gave me an amazing experience with her Swedish massage back neck and shoulder. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. She finished with a mico-needle facial steam and mask. My face is glowing and I can't wait to see the results.
