Great massage. Covered all the main areas but concentrated on those that required more attention. Very knowledgeable and gave good advice. Would highly recommend for anyone playing regular sport and I will definitely be back in the near future.

The facial, head massage and reflexology make such a wonderful trio that complement each other. Didn’t want it to end. Joanne shared her knowledge with me throughout the reflexology which I liked. Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!
