What an amazing afternoon thank you so much Pam and Kathryn My massage with Pam was amazing she is a maestro finding knots and relieving them when I didn’t even know they were there but I feel an inch taller! Then I had a facial and chemical peel with Kathryn which was relaxing and my skin feels smoother and re-energised. I had the pleasure of experiencing a sports massage with Nicola for the first time today, as part of my Marathon preparation. From the initial booking, Nicola's communication was excellent, making sure I knew where to go and park up, to understanding my specific needs and any areas of tension. The environment was incredibly relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Nicola’s technique was spot-on, targeting all the right muscles and providing just the right amount of pressure. Overall, it was a very effective experience. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience of lymphatic massage, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Catherine immediately put me at ease, talked me through the process and recommended what would best benefit my postmenopausal bloatedness. The room is lovely, warm and comforting with a rippling water effect on the ceiling, which I loved. Not that I was looking at it for long as I soon felt the relaxing effects of soothing oil and Catherine's gentle touch. Her post treatment advice that things will get 'moving' was spot on!

Highly Recommended I feel brand new and fully relaxed. Lauren gave me an amazing experience with her Swedish massage back neck and shoulder. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. She finished with a mico-needle facial steam and mask. My face is glowing and I can't wait to see the results.
