The space is warm and genuinely welcoming, and Amira herself is calm, attentive and present without being intrusive, skilled without being forceful. Nothing is forced, it feels safe to let go. Things softened because they were allowed to. My body feels freer today than it has in a long time. I left calmer and more at home in myself. The best! 💜

Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.
