Just want to say a massive thank you for my facial! I came in with some quite red, inflamed spots on my face. You were really honest and let me know they might look a bit angrier straight after the treatment—but that they should settle. And honestly, 24 hours later, my skin looks so much better than it did before. The redness has calmed right down, the spots are a lot clearer on my face , and I’ve got such a lovely glow now. I have been having monthly facials with Laima, since December 2024. I came to her, as I have recently started experiencing breakouts from hormonal acne. This was an excellent facial treatment. Steph was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. First time getting microdermabrasion and you can really see the results the following day, especially in open pores. My skin looks 100 times better and I would highly recommend.

I had Hifu with Sumera and it was a great experience. She was extremely helpful and detailed when it came to explaining the process, the treatment and managing expectations (which were all exceeded). Her calm positivity made me feel relaxed and in safe hands throughout. I even saw results straight away, which doesn't always happen. Overall fantastic and have already booked in a follow up tightening treatment for a few weeks time. WHOOP
