I’ve been getting my eyebrows done by Rachael for years and couldn’t recommend her more! I moved abroad a couple of years ago and refuse to find a new brow bar! I make sure to book an appointment whenever I’m home in Edinburgh.

After 3 years of living in Edinburgh and trying different places I am so glad I found VelvetBrows! I always used to end up with thin eyebrows after threading which I always told any beautician I don’t want before starting, however Zivile really listens and she’s done a tremendous job in shaping my eyebrows (threading only) without thinning them. She is very professional and very passionate about what she does, I would strongly recommend Velvet Brows! Now I need to look no further as I’ll always come back here

After 15 years living in Edinburgh I finally found a place where I can truly take care of my skin and body. I always feel welcomed here—the beauticians are kind, attentive, and highly professional. Weronika, the owner, is amazing: skilled, knowledgeable, and honestly a total badass 😎❤️. This time I had waxing, eyebrow shaping, and a vacuum massage. Everything was done with top-level professionalism, and I even received a little Christmas gift, which was such a lovely surprise. I highly recommend this place. Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄

I had a fantastic experience with Claire who has done multiple eyebrow tint and tidies + lash lifts for me. She’s an amazing professional who takes into consideration every aspect of a client’s request. I walk out of every appointment feeling beautiful and fully satisfied with the result. I’ve been getting my nails done by Alix for well over 5 years and trust her with my life (and to give me the most crazy colourful gorg nail art to ever exist). If i don’t have an idea for my nails Alix certainly will and I have never left disappointed!! I go to Lisa for nails, toes, waxing, tinting and occasionally a facial and massage. Lisa's beautiful salon space has the atmosphere of an upscale spa such as Archerfield and is impeccably decorated with soothing colour schemes. Lisa herself is so warm and friendly and gives you a truly welcoming but professional experience. I really look forward to my treatments with Lisa, as its not only "me time" as a busy full-time working mum but also to catch up with lovely Lisa and have a laugh.

Darci did my eyebrow wax and tint was very professional and explained everything she was doing to fix what I had done somewhere else. She did a great job and will be back to see her again soon
