Overall amazing experience!! Shané is very knowledgeable and walked me through each stage of the everything facial as she performed the service, the studio was very clean, inviting and private, Shané was very professional and it was so relaxing I fell asleep, but I woke up looking like a million bucks. Would definitely recommend!!

Tina was so knowledgeable about general physiology that she was able to understand how an underlying condition i had affected my skin and work to suit. She's also extremely personable and made me feel so very comfortable with my bikini wax, i might let her do a brazilian next time and i SWORE i could never show myself to a tech like that, she made me feel THAT comfortable. In a nutshell - kind, efficient, great quality and price.

I had been considering laser hair removal for a few years but shied away due to the cost and fear of it hurting. When Aunty Tash told me she was offering laser I knew she was someone I could trust to make it as comfortable as possible. Though it did sting a bit, all of the cooling processes she used helped so much. I had very minimal redness, bumps or pain during and after. It was no where near as painful or intense as I thought it would be and would arguably say waxing hurts more. I can’t wait for my next session and highly recommend laser to anyone considering trying! You will not regret it.

Loved it! Very professional and accommodating have an appointment to suit my busy schedule! This was my first experience at the sugar wax and my second experience with a waxing experience and after the first experience of the regular waxing I was a little sceptical but Shenell was patient and gentle and I must report I will be booking my second appointment ASAP! It was way easier and painless to waxing. However, what made is also great was the young lady that conducted the sugaring. She was nice and explained what she was doing every step of the way. Great customer skills. Very pleasant. Loved it and the end results. Cannot wait to return again.

My experience was good and God willing I will be back. Just one thing to note. I think the order in which things were done could have been different and the experience should have started with the neck and shoulder massage first to get the client relaxed as well as I thought the with the massage I would have been lying on my stomach. Then, it should continue with the brow wax and then the lashes. However, overall it was a lovely experience and Derica is very knowledgable and understanding.
