Tina was so knowledgeable about general physiology that she was able to understand how an underlying condition i had affected my skin and work to suit. She's also extremely personable and made me feel so very comfortable with my bikini wax, i might let her do a brazilian next time and i SWORE i could never show myself to a tech like that, she made me feel THAT comfortable. My experience was good and God willing I will be back. Just one thing to note. I think the order in which things were done could have been different and the experience should have started with the neck and shoulder massage first to get the client relaxed as well as I thought the with the massage I would have been lying on my stomach. Then, it should continue with the brow wax and then the lashes. However, overall it was a lovely experience and Derica is very knowledgable and understanding.

Loved it! Very professional and accommodating have an appointment to suit my busy schedule! This was my first experience at the sugar wax and my second experience with a waxing experience and after the first experience of the regular waxing I was a little sceptical but Shenell was patient and gentle and I must report I will be booking my second appointment ASAP! My experience was awesome, my wax was done so fast I did not notice it was finish. My nails is gorgeous. I love Niva for the quietness and I don’t have to wait for hours. When the appointment is set for a particular time you start at that time.

10/10. First of all my lashes and eyebrows look amazing. The lash room was clean and comfortable. It's a very peaceful and relaxing experience. I slept like a baby and woke up looking the BOMB.

First time client ......was totally blown away with alllll that was done with my mani n pedi today. Considering I get both done monthly this was definitely the nicest one i have had. Will be back :)
