Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

This is not my first time at Signature Spa. From my first experience I was hooked and will remain a regular customer. Ebony continues to perform a great service flawlessly, from start to finish making her client feel so comfortable and at ease when she does her magic 😊. I won’t trade her for anyone else. My first time having Zoe wax my eyebrows and I must say I was impressed. She was mannerly, friendly, and very pleasant throughout the process. You are doing well, keep up the good work and Thank you. Carianne worked out some major knots and I have range of motion in my arm restored. She is so professional. She talked me through the process and explained what I could do to prevent further damage. As for the eyebrows… I told her the eyebrows were “eyebrowing.” 😂 but seriously, the arch was arching. It’s always a 5 star experience with her, but 6 now cause there’s ac.

I had my very first Brazilian wax done at Che Essentials, and it honestly wasn’t as bad as I expected! She was amazing at making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything step by step, which really helped to put me at ease. I appreciated how professional and gentle she was — definitely a great first experience! Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

I loved the patience and the time that was taken to get to know likes and dislikes, that was refreshing. The spa was beautiful, comfortable and clean i liked that, I even fell asleep during my chin and brow waxing, now who does that during a waxing, that only shows how good Al is that one can sleep while hair is being ripped from ones face. Went there for a Pedicure with gel nails and a Manicure. Since it was such an amazing experience - technically and personally - I go back for eyebrow tinting and waxing. That will be my top spot for future appointments.

As a first timer when it comes to sugaring, I had to idea what to expect besides pain. While I did experience pain, the experience wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Kimberly was attentive, honest, and understanding throughout the entire process and I actually had no idea she started until we were done one arm. She made me feel comfortable and she also showed her knowledge about what she was doing, which let me know I was in good hands. Would definitely come again and would definitely recommend to others! 🩷

Natasha started my service on time, was pleasant, the spa was clean and well put together and most of all my manicure and wax were well done. Will definitely visit again.

This was my first time getting a wax and I must say the bar was set high. From the hospitality, the professionalism and the simple calming and inviting feeling of the surroundings. I was very impressed with the overall experience.
