Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

Carianne worked out some major knots and I have range of motion in my arm restored. She is so professional. She talked me through the process and explained what I could do to prevent further damage. As for the eyebrows… I told her the eyebrows were “eyebrowing.” 😂 but seriously, the arch was arching. It’s always a 5 star experience with her, but 6 now cause there’s ac.

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

I loved the patience and the time that was taken to get to know likes and dislikes, that was refreshing. As a first timer when it comes to sugaring, I had to idea what to expect besides pain. While I did experience pain, the experience wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Kimberly was attentive, honest, and understanding throughout the entire process and I actually had no idea she started until we were done one arm. She made me feel comfortable and she also showed her knowledge about what she was doing, which let me know I was in good hands. Would definitely come again and would definitely recommend to others! 🩷
