I went in for the Elim pedicure and had such a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was honestly 10/10—very attentive, warm, and professional. What really stood out for me was the level of care and attention to detail. During the service, they identified an ingrown nail I hadn’t even noticed and handled it so carefully and expertly. That alone made the experience feel very thorough and reassuring. The whole appointment felt thoughtful and well-executed. Definitely one of the best pedicure experiences I’ve had—I’ll be back for sure.

I have been searching for a place that I can trust. I had been getting waxed for years; however, my last experience in Ghana was a nightmare so I was hesitant. I decided to give Kai Beauty a try. I am so glad that I did! Here is the breakdown. Booking: easy. Environment: beautiful, clean, and very comforting. Staff: welcoming and professional. My Service: top notch and Gloria was so patient with me and adjusted the temperature as needed. I enjoyed myself so much that I went back later that day for an additional service with Gloria. Advice ... book it and take friends with you!

I had a great experience at Crystal’s! I got a versatile sew-in on my 4c hair for the first time in years. I was nervous and asked loads of questions and she answered them all. Crystal was very attentive to my needs and concerns. She even made time for me during the busy Christmas season! It came out great!

I had a great experience at Nalabi for my sew in refresh. I was greeted warmly at the front desk then shown to my seat where the next attendant provided me with a foot stool to relax, a side table for my belongings and a snack- which was great because I was a bit hungry. My shampoo and conditioner experience was wonderful and relaxing - which included a steam treatment. I also noticed that the products used were of great quality. My hair was styled to perfection- bone straight buss down. In addition to the great service, I appreciated the stress free and calm environment.

Loved the service and ambiance. He was very gentle with my tender scalp. The owner was also so sweet, checking in at every step. I’m sold!!!!!! Thank you ET😘

It was good, I loved everything about the service except that my braids for the weaves were done too tight. Since then, my scalp has been really hurting at the slightest touch. I don't know how to bring relief to my scalp and I don't want it to be sore or pull out my hair. Please, what do you suggest?

Service was good and calm ambience. Staff listen to you and try to meet your needs as much as they can. Only bit is they tend to be a bit slow, so if they could speed up a bit that will be nice. Second is the constant walking around to either go and find something etc, it will be nice if they could have most or almost all of what they need for the client in close proximity before starting the clients hair. Aside from that service was good.

The best salon in Accra .. Crystal is really a master at what she does. My hair has never felt and looked better.

I got the “Zoe Kravitz” inspo sew-ins and I was nervous about who can get it right in Ghana. After consultation with my girlfriends we all agreed Nalabi could pull it off, and I went in quite nervous about the outcome. But after I was done and sent the video to the girls, everyone LOVED ITTT!!! The stylists at Nalabi showed excellent service and professionalism!! I looooooove my hair!!! Thank you Nalabi!! It’s always Nalabi!! 🤏🏾

Okay, so I’m a repeat customer with Connie handling my hair. The first time I met was a consultation for microlinks. She really took the time to fully explain to me the pros and cons about them which I truly valued because I had entered the salon with my mind fully made up! As someone with very coarse natural hair, my experience at Kai beauty studio was the best care my hair has ever received in Accra. There was no tugging or pain, which has often been the case at other salons. I also got a pedicure and absolutely loved it. The staff are very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

Fabulous experience at Kai Beauty Salon. Everyone was super friendly, including Mina, the hostess. However, the stylist that did it for me was Francisca; her hands are blessed and this is coming from someone that’s tried several salons in Accra since 2000…lol. Can you imagine, my patience has been rewarded with Francisca. Thank you Kai Beauty for the impeccable service today.
