Every time I am in town I come to Nami. Cathrine is always there with a smile and greets me by name. The salon is clean and tidy with great music. The nail techs are great at their job and always leave my nails looking great. Everyone is friendly, the service is exceptional and the prices are great.

Amazing professional experience. Me and my friend were waiting in Accra for the day for a flight home to Ireland so decided to get our nails done. The team in Lynettes looked after us so well. We got gel overlay and a gel pedicure each and we were both delighted with our nails. The girls were so friendly and took their time with us. Would definitely recommend!

It was good, a nice and calm experience overall, I went for a loc detox, some maintenance, there was a lot of attention for my hair and I liked that I got what I went there for. My stylist was very nice as well. The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that I had to wait for sometime which seemed really long to me cos my stylist had to help another customer with her nails when I was done with my hair and I came before that particular customer so I honestly just feel like that bit could've been handled way better, I could've even been assigned someone different

Okay, so I’m a repeat customer with Connie handling my hair. The first time I met was a consultation for microlinks. She really took the time to fully explain to me the pros and cons about them which I truly valued because I had entered the salon with my mind fully made up! Since then I’ve been going back and her suggestions for hairstyles have never missed the mark, EVER! I truly value her and her experience with handling hair. I got a silk press and I love it so much…. I’m definitely gonna go back there…and another thing,I know I have dandruff(or I had a feeling) but all the salons I’ve been to…no one ever told me I had dandruff but when I came here the lady (Mercy) told me and also showed me what to use to get rid of it…Thank you so much beauty technician ✌🏾✌🏾

Nails were beautifully done thanks to Debbie and Abena. On other matters, the following are my observations for some time now: 1. Shortage of products or tools especially nail polishes, primer, lamps and cuticle nipper. Shortages of these items affect service delivery. 2. Too old uniforms. New uniforms should be provided to the workers to make them look presentable. 3. Lynette is known for aesthetics, service delivery and good ambience but these factors are deteriorating. We need management to do better. Thank you!

The communication of the staff about your services arent good and i was orginally booked for a manicure and gel but only got gel. The nails are good though. The shop is also nice.
